+magic: Los Angeles marks the beginning of a powerful trilogy from Miles Mosley, released on his new imprint, BEAM Records.

Recorded across Los Angeles, Havana, and Bahia, the trilogy explores the deep pulse of three musical cultures shaped by ancestral rhythm. Each album captures the spirit of its environment—its cadence, its chaos, its soul—channeling into a fusion of raw emotion, trance-like vocal lines, and fierce instrumental performance. At the heart of it all is Miles’ singular voice on the upright bass: a thunderous, evocative force that bends tradition into something elemental and new.

The albums will be released in limited, hand-customized vinyl editions—500 copies per volume, direct to listener. No two covers alike, never to be reprinted. Streaming and box set release will follow the final installment, preserving the trilogy’s initial mystery for those who hold the wax first.
